Ed's love affair with Eastman started in 1971 when construction began. Though starting as a laborer, he became the construction supervisor for the developer completing the job in 1988. Jeff Adie

I am originally from Brielle, New Jersey and moved to New Hampshire in the summer of 1988. I spent almost 25 years in the construction industry, 15 years as a maker of high-end, custom cabinets and furniture for some of the finest homes in the Lakes Region. Outside work, I enjoy coaching my daughter's ice hockey and lacrosse teams. Playing tennis, hiking, kayaking
and fly fishing are just some of the things I do to enjoy life. As a sports fan, my family and I spend a lot of time rooting for the Dartmouth Big Green. Our newest family member has arrived, a health baby boy. He was born August 1st, 6lbs., 11oz. He and mom are doing great, his name is Kaelen James.

Louis Sanborn

Louis has enjoyed watching Eastman become a reality for almost 25 years. During that time he has sold hundreds of properties. Leila Mahoney

Leila and her husband Bob were among the early pioneers at Eastman, having built the 12th house here in the early 1970's. They continued to vacation here with their children, Ellie and Tom, through 1987. In 1999 they chose to make Eastman their year round home, moving from Rhode Island where Leila had an extensive real estate career in addition to serving in many governmental positions. She actively enjoys many of the Eastman amenities from cross-country skiing to golf. She also enjoys the activities at Dartmouth College, where both her husband and daughter are alumnae. Leila has a unique knowledge and understanding of Eastman and the Dartmouth/Sunapee area. She has participated in the growth of Eastman from a small twelve family vacation destination to the diverse and unique community it has become.

John Clayton

A Dartmouth graduate class of 1951, John and his wife Marcia have lived in Eastman since 1986. They enjoy year round Eastman living, golf, tennis, swimming in the summer, cross-country and down hill skiing in winter. Son Mark, was a Dartmouth '82 graduate and his wife, Jenny Lubrano Clayton is a Colby Sawyer alumna. John knows the community well, having served on the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Golf Committee. He believes his knowledge of the Eastman/Upper Valley area allows him to help customers successfully fulfill their real estate needs.
