efforts to work with the buyer's agent and rescue our sale, and for
saving our depleted energy by taking care of the ECA dues, sewer bill,
taxes and water bill. In addition, you forged through a snowstorm
to deposit our checks so we could leave for our trip on schedule!
You also took care of the window repair, scheduled inspectors, and the
closing. All during our relationship, you always listened,
respected our concerns, and took on innumerable tasks to make things
easier for us.

| Ed, I really enjoy the updates, thanks. Our family was at Eastman and we actually went swimming on the 1st. The water was cold but tolerable when you jump in via rope (East cove). I read your article on "For what it's worth" and just wanted to say a couple of things. First, you did an outstanding job on our purchase, the service was great and always prompt. Closing on a property within a month after the initial deposit doesn't happen often, particularly when the economy is booming, as it was last summer. Second, you have always responded to any questions that I had after the sale, and have always done this in a prompt manner. We really appreciated the help getting us more familiar with the area.
