When renting at Eastman, all you need are your personal belongings.
Each privately-owned two to four bedroom cluster home is fully furnished and has at least two bathrooms. Convenience appliances include: a dishwasher, disposal and a washer and dryer. You will find a startup supply of bath soap, paper products and cleaning supplies.  Coldwell Banker-Redpath offers a linen rental service for a set price per unit or you may bring your own.

South Cove beach-by Suki Coughlin Tenants enjoy the same amenities that owners do. Want to do some sailing or canoeing? Rentals are available at the South Cove Activity Center adjacent to our office at the Visitor's Center. You can also purchase tags for use of the indoor pool, sauna, tennis courts, as well as childrens programs in the summer or play a round of golf.
